I asked for a refund via the website of the city and appears message that I have pending licensing, however, the vehicle passed the inspection and is licensed. And no city hall (tel: 156, ombudsman, etc.) know how to answer or resolve, what a joke right?? To charge they are perfect, but to give back is zero points.

I made the claim rate in vehicle 16/12/09 not yet received.

When I enter the site to see I can not put the last number of recavam. So far I have not received a refund and nenhumn opinion about.
