Look, it's hard to believe that this will work ... soooo difficult.
"Inform the CPF to the waiter"? This must be some kind of joke ...
what will he do with the CPF?
how is the tie between my Social Security number, the amount paid and number of RENAVAM?
how do I know if the the value I am entitled to stop the CPF was not another person, for example, the wife of the owner of the restaurant?
Does anyone know how this will work in detail?

For while the procedure is more or less like this in my head:

1) Customer invoice requests
2) Consumer provides social security number
3) Waiter notes the number
4) Miracle
5) 30% tax is deducted from the value of the property taxes on my vehicle

See the steps on the website of the Secretariat. They are:

1. With each purchase, the consumer asks for your Invoice / Voucher or Tax Invoice online and inform your CPF / CNPJ.

2. The seller registers the CPF / CNPJ buyer. He issues the Fiscal Coupon, Invoice traditional or generates, on the site, Note online.

3. After the payment of ICMS for the establishment, the Department of Finance shall credit to the consumer portion of the tax which he is entitled, in proportion to the amount of purchase.

4. The claim may, within five years, be used to reduce the amount of debt the property taxes transferred to the checking, savings, credit card credited, transferred to another person or returned in prizes.

even has a place to check the credits of your CPF!
